That is, in the folder "cid" you need to open the files in a text editor and change the ContentID EP1003-NPEB01797 to EP1003-BLES01916.

no you don't...just resign them as free...
extract the DLCs and replace the edats with the ones i provided...then inject the NPEB01797 DLCs folder alongside the game and everything will be OK...
