actually the update is available only for JP and maybe so eboot in that update is JP only thats why...
But is there a tool for opening Eboot.bin like param.sfo and changing the titleid or a tool to create a blank eboot.bin that only runs according to the game?
I found a tool, KDW made and that tool has helped me, it is much better as it converts and does everything KDW CFWtoOFW 1.2
